"Here's the doll that I put together for the Doll Street Alphabet Challenge.  And I'm quite serious, it was fun while I was doing her to think about when and where I learned a specific technique...and several of them were from that class you gave us in Virginia!!  I often think about your advice on needle sculpture and face painting as I work.  And although I didn't use it here, I have always preferred your way of attaching limbs to the body.  So, with my thanks, here's Miss M...

The Cloth Doll Classroom Proudly Presents.....the incredible, the wonderful, the exciting  Dee Cooper  DOLL ARTIST!
This is the doll that Dee created in my class at Enchanted Freedom Conference in New Mexico.  It was Dee's first small doll.  Dee was especially taken by the fact that the doll was given the permission to move and have a spirit, or as Dee so simply put it    " She Dances!"
This is what Dee did with the same pattern later, at home.  Way to go Dee, makes a teacher proud.
